I watch way too much TV!!

It's past midnight and I'm still watching TV and its not even that serious...i'm watching an old episode of 'living single'.......
I'm just obsessed with this electronic box....Ondemand does not help either.....Help me!!

I should go on a TV fast....u know, like, give up TV watching...but then that will mean no 'desperate housewife', 'house', modern family', 'office' and on.........u get the point....

I guess am not that 'SU' mature yet spiritually..........oh well.....
